1. What we provide

Drakeball is a social casino providing free social games for entertainment purposes only. The site is offered on an “as is” basis. We may add, change, suspend or remove any game or page at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. No real-money gambling

Nothing on this site is gambling. There is no opportunity to wager real currency, no opportunity to win real money, goods or prizes, and no mechanism to deposit or withdraw funds. Virtual coins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed, and confer no ownership or property rights. A coin balance may be reset, altered or removed at any time, including automatically whenever you reload a page.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. By using it you confirm that you meet that requirement. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe this term is not being met.

4. Your own laws

Drakeball is offered from wherever we happen to host it and is not aimed at any particular country. You are responsible for ensuring that using a social casino site is lawful where you are, and for not accessing it if it is not.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the site or the experience of other visitors. In particular, do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure; do not scrape it at a volume that degrades service; do not modify game code to misrepresent results as official; and do not use the site for anything unlawful.

The Drakeball name, logo, game designs, artwork, text and code are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and play the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or redistribute substantial parts of it, or present it as your own, without written permission.

7. Links elsewhere

Where we link to an external page, we do so for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, or for any loss of virtual coins, game progress or session state — none of which has value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our handling of information is described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
