Support & FAQ
Answers to the questions we are asked most, and the quickest way to reach a person when they do not cover it.
Most questions about Drakeball have short answers, so we have put the common ones below. If yours is not here, write to us and we will get back to you.
Do I need an account to play?
No. Every game opens straight from its page. There is no sign-up, no email confirmation and no profile to manage.
Can I buy coins?
No, and this is not a limitation we plan to lift. Drakeball has no shop, no payment processing and no way to convert money into coins. When you run out, the free refill button gives you another thousand.
Where did my balance go?
Coins live in your browser’s memory for the length of the visit. Reloading the page, closing the tab or opening a different game starts you back at 2,500. Nothing is stored between visits, by design.
Can I win real money or prizes?
No. Drakeball offers social games for entertainment purposes only. No outcome pays cash, credit, goods or prizes of any kind, and none of the multipliers represent real-world odds.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes — our games are intended for players aged 18 and over. See the responsible play page for the full policy.
A game will not load or the board looks wrong.
Try a hard refresh first, then check that JavaScript is enabled and that a content blocker is not stripping our scripts. The games need a reasonably current browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari updated within roughly the last two years. If it still fails, tell us your browser and device and we will take a look.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Every game is playable by touch, and Drakeball Rush lets you tap the board directly to choose a drop lane. A tablet in landscape gives the most comfortable view of the peg field.
Can I play with the keyboard alone?
Yes. Drakeball Rush uses the arrow keys to aim and the space bar to drop; Ember Reels and Hoard Wheel spin with the space bar or Enter. All controls are reachable by tabbing as well.
Will you add more games?
Very likely. We build one at a time and only publish a title when it feels good on the fifth play rather than the first, so we would rather not promise a date.
Contact us
Email hello@drakeball.com for general questions, feedback or anything to do with a game behaving oddly. For anything covering privacy or the terms of use, write to legal@drakeball.com.
We answer in English, usually within two working days. When reporting a problem, the three things that help most are the page you were on, the browser and device you were using, and what you expected to happen instead.
Reporting something serious
If you believe a page on this site is broken in a way that could mislead players — a payout description that does not match what the game does, for instance — please flag it directly. We would rather hear about it from you than leave it standing.
Keep it light. Drakeball is built for short, cheerful sessions. If social gaming stops being fun, step away for a while — our guide explains how to set limits and take a break.
