Privacy notice

What Drakeball does and does not collect when you visit. Last updated 18 September 2026.

This notice explains how Drakeball (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use drakeball.com. It applies to the whole site, including every game page.

The short version

We do not ask you to register, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of you. The games keep their coin balance in your browser’s memory and forget it the moment you leave the page.

Information you give us

The only way to send us personal information through this site is to email one of the addresses on our support page. If you do, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and keep a reasonable record of the exchange. We do not add you to a mailing list or pass your details to anyone for marketing.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting infrastructure processes basic technical data when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the time, the page or file, and the browser’s user-agent string. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and these records are kept only for a short operational period.

Cookies and local storage

Drakeball does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The games do not write your coin balance to cookies, local storage or a server — it exists only in the page’s memory while the tab is open, which is why reloading resets it. Your browser may cache our stylesheet, scripts and fonts as it would for any site.

Third parties

Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when a page loads. That request is subject to Google’s own privacy practices. Beyond that, the site loads no third-party scripts, pixels, embedded players or social widgets.

Children

Drakeball is intended for players aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Because we hold so little — in most cases nothing at all unless you have emailed us — such requests are usually simple to resolve. Write to legal@drakeball.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and we keep our infrastructure patched. No site can promise perfect security, but there is very little here to lose: we hold no accounts, no passwords and no payment details, because none exist.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be summarised in plain language rather than buried in a redline.
